2892245 - Field Behaviour for Country and Language During Account Creation In C4C

Symptom

While creating new Accounts or Individual Accounts, the Language and Country field are auto-filled for some users, but not for others.

You want to know why.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Cause

When creating an Account, the defaulting of Country and Language fields is user dependent. The field will be filled with the last Country / last Language that user entered when creating an account (after save action was executed).

Resolution

Create an Account and select a Country and Language with any user and click Save. Now create another Account with the same user. You see that Country and Language will be defaulted with your last choice.

This is the designed system behavior. There is no configuration/setting to set this country auto-filled during Account creation.
