2892278 - Lumira Schedules fail when the OpenDocument URL does not contain a port

Symptom

  • Lumira Schedules failing with error: "Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server."
  • The system may have a proxy, or load balancer in use
  • Lumira document is scheduled to pdf
  • OpenDocument URL does not contain a port
  • Lumira Job Server child contains the following entries:

    • [scheduledExportPDF]: No tab descriptions found therefore no client connection information available
      [scheduledExportPDF]: Could not get Client connection
      [scheduler]: Error occurred during scheduled PDF export. PDF not produced
      [scheduler]: The export result is : [null]
