2892303 - Travel Planning External content

You are using SAP ERP Travel Management, you want to book external content and synchronize the result in the SAP Travel Management.

For reminder, we provide the possibility to book external services via our partners specialized in this area (Amadeus with "Cytric" Product and Sabre with "GetThere" Product).

Integration with both providers can be done with the WebDynpro application from Release ECC 6.0 605 to the latests release ECC 6.0 608 and S/4 Hana 1909 release (and above).

Another integration is possible with the FIORI application "My Travel Request (Version 2)" see note 2742461. This solution is valid only for ECC 6.0 608 and S/4 Hana 1909 release (and above).

The direct access to all providers can be done via these solutions but not directly anymore. BIBE and HRS services must be accessed via our partners only.

The old documentation with XI interface are obsolete now, as we have a successor product.
