Symptom
When executing queries against MDA tables which allocate memory at run-time to generate rows such as monLocks, monCachedProcedures, monCachedObject, monCachedStatement, monProcessSQLText or monProcessProcedures on a heavily loaded system, the following errors might be seen:
Msg 11223, Level 16, State 9:
Server 'MYSERVER', Line 1:
Insufficient memory is available to allocate structures needed to access a remote site.
Msg 12034, Level 17, State 2:
Server 'MYSERVER', Line 1:
Collection of monitoring data for table 'monLocks' failed due to insufficient memory. Retry when there is less load, or fewer users, on the server. 6973 rows were not returned because 557840 bytes of memory could not be allocated.
Msg 11223, Level 16, State 9:
Server 'MYSERVER', Line 8:
Insufficient memory is available to allocate structures needed to access a remote site.
