2892405 - TLS 1.1 encryption protocol disablement - Onboarding 1.0

Beginning February 16, 2020, TLS 1.1 encryption protocol will be disabled for the all modules in the Non-Production environment and beginning March 22, 2020, TLS 1.1 encryption protocol  will be disabled for all modules in the Production environment.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Onboarding engineering team will do necessary changes and testing.
The changes and testing will be done for the following integrations:

• ONB => BizX
• BizX => ONB
• EP => ONB

Customer / Partner responsibility:

SAP won't be able to do changes and test the integrations with 3rd party. If you have an integration with external ATS, external HRIS, some SAP system, Boomi, etc where 3rd system connects to Onboarding, then you have to make sure that you do the needed testing and make any required changes from your end.

Please involve partners to do necessary testing.

Note: ONB/BizX connecting to 3rd party system is ok; TLS 1.2 is already supported.
