Symptom

You are unable to import service requests via Data Workbench work center. An error occurs. Error: Please correct the duration. XXX is no valid ISO format (where XXX stands for duration).| Please correct Due Date for Completion. DD.MM.YYYY HH:SS is no valid ISO format.

The same error as for Due Date for Completion might also occur for Due Date, Request closed at time point, Request finished at time point, Request initial receipt time point, Request in process at time point, and Resolved On Date etc.
