You would like to understand how to adapt the New Ticket Quick View in SAP Cloud for Customer

Environment

Resolution

In order to Adapt the New Ticket Quick View, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Service work center.
  2. Navigate to Tickets work center view.
  3. Click on the user profile in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Click Start Adaptation.
  5. Click on any Ticket ID.
  6. Once the Quick View opens, select the tab you would like to adapt by clicking on the pencil.

Here you can add and remove tabs and details following the same logic of any screen adaptation in the system.
