You would receive an application error when enabling globalInfo Manage Business Configuration or BCUI.

The application error id would be accompanied by the fingerprint id =d833fededb0219090cd7549999a23a76d9741759

1. Go to Manage Business Configuration or BCUI
2. Select GlobalInfos
3. Disable
4. save
5. Go to Manage Business Configuration or BCI
6. Select GlobalInfos
7. enable
8. save
9. Result: Error message with fingerprint=d833fededb0219090cd7549999a23a76d9741759

Misconfiguration issue

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner. If you are no longer working with an implementation partner, contact SAP Cloud Support and provide the following

1. Customer must provide a written approval for below SDM or Succession Data Code correction in provisioning
