Symptom

  • Error running a job connecting to HANA with SSL.
  • Error:  "(14.2) 02-14-20 09:31:56 (R) (19340:685737792) CON-120307: |Session job_name ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> to connect database <database_name> failed with error: <ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <database_name> failed: <[SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB SO][HDBODBC] Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[300010] Cannot create SSL context: error code: 151441516, file:pem_lib.c, line:707 - Expecting: CERTIFICATE (hana_server_name:port))>. Notify Customer Support.>. Use the ODBCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionManager.sh
  • Error: SECUDIR env variable is not found or unknown.
  • All steps have been followed to setup the SSL connection for HANA.
