2892812 - Forward candidate to Requisition is showing error - Recruiting Management

When forwarding candidate to requisition, error is received. errorId=null, timestamp=null, errorMessage=Cannot read property 'renderHtml' of null, errorName=TypeError, server=*****

SAP SuccessFactors - Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

1. Log in to Success Factors
2. Go to Recruiting
3. Open Job Requisition
4. Go to Candidates Tab
5. Open one candidate and click Take Action on the upper right corner of the Application Page.
6. Click Forward >> Forward to Requisition.
7. Error will appear.

The (English US) was not enabled from Internal and External Applicant Search Settings in Provisioning.

Please note that ‎(English US)‎ is mandatory almost for all operations and it serves as default locale for the relevant operation.

Please create a support case ticket so that we can execute the following steps:

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Under Manage Recruiting, click Internal and External Applicant Search Settings
3. On the left side 'Select Language' panel, select 'English US ‎(English US)‎'
4. Click 'Saving Setting' button on the top right
5. You can now proceed to 'Forward candidate to requisitions' without any issue
