Symptom
When importing data from SAP SuccessFactors (SF) into SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), specific fields result in null values when they should not for a handful of users. Specifically, the user's Birthday and Ethnicity are not populated.
Environment
- SAP Analytic Cloud
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a new model
- Select "Get Data from a Datasource"
- Select the SF connection
- Create a new query to SF from SAC.
- Select SF fields that should be populated always, Birthday and Ethnicity.
- Filter for the specific users who show a Null for Birthday (userNav/Date of Birth).
- Resulting data brought into SAC view has Null values for birthday and ethnicity.
Cause
