Is it possible to apply for half days while requesting Leave of Absence?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Administer time
2. Click on Create Absence
3. Select LOA time type
4. See that only half days are available

This is the standard system behavior and cannot be changed.

At the moment, it's not possible to request half days while creating leave of absence request, once LOA can only be calculated based on calendar days.

If you would like to have this feature introduced, you can submit an enhancement request which may be considered as a future enhancement and let the community know that you are one of the accounts that is requesting this kind of functionality.
