2894111 - Workitem not displaying after upgrade to 1909. Runtime error MESSAGE_TYPE_X

When opening a change request in NWBC and clicking on ‘workflow log’ one gets a detailed view of the workflow steps.

When you click on a workitem ID in the table it should navigate to the detailed screen of the work item but instead you get an error message.

"Runtime error MESSAGE_TYPE_X" has occurred 'View details'

When reviewing the DUMP in ST22, you will see a DUMP header similar to the following
