2894284 - Combining multiple items into a single TO item

• You are creating a Transfer Order (TO) for a preceding document. 
• Multiple material items on the preceding document are identical. 
• You wish to combine these items into single Transfer Order (TO) item when create the TO.
• For example:
  Transfer Requirement item 1 has material X and batch 0001 with quantity 10.
  Transfer Requirement item 2 has material X and batch 0001 with quantity 20.
  You wish to create a single TO item for both TR items of quantity 30.
