Importing employee W4 information from EC into IT0210 using FTSD in 2020 for employees hired in 2019 fails.
Cause
-
IT0210 will be expecting 2020 values due to the legal change.

EC only has 2019 values.
Resolution
An FTSD value of before 01/01/2020 will need to be used so that the correct data will be expected by the infotype framework.
