2894558 - Ranking order is Reversed in Stack ranker - Performance Management

In Stack Ranker page the ranking order is reversed. Employee who gets the highest score is displayed in the bottom.

Take an example: The team has Employee A, B, C. Score for Employee A is 5 ; Employee B is 2; Employee C is 3. But in Stacke Ranker, the ranking order is displayed as below.

• This is caused by code 'reverse-scale="true"' was added in the XML file.
• This code is used to reverse ratings in dropdown order.
• Not only the display Order, but the value was also reversed. This logic is also impacting stack ranker.

• Currently there is no option supporting only reverse ratings display order that won't reverse the values.
• Ranking order list can neither be hidden if Stack Ranker feature enabled. 
• 'Reverse-scale="true" may lead to unexpected and serious impacts without deeply thinking or testing before go-live. It is highly recommended to test all the related features before go-live.
