2894644 - Special Requests entries for Classes are not removed for cancelled users

Special Requests entries remain after the user withdraws from the class.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create a class with Special Requests >
2. User registers to the class >
3. Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes > Search for the class > Special Requests tab >
4. User's entries will be shown >
5. On the user side, the user withdraws from the class >
6. Navigate to Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes > Search for the class > Special Requests tab >
7. User's entries will still be shown.

As per current requirements, all registered users will appear on the Special Requests tab.

This is the system's expected behavior. 

However, special requests entries from cancelled users can be removed if the user is manually removed from the Class by an admin.

For the user registration details to be deleted when a user cancels the enrollment for the Class, a product enhancement request would need to be created.
