2894670 - Export failed to unpack cluster item key 'DSYO1' during R3load based system with SWPM Tool

Symptom

The export of cLuster table(s) fail with the following error during ABAP export phase of standard system copy - during unicode migration - using Software Provisioning Manager - SWPM - (SAP Note: 1680045).

The failed package-log (like /<sapinst_instdir>/SAPCLSUT_#.log) contains the following error entries

A2 ETSK 005 Starting export for object "DSYO2" of type "table" #
A3 EEXP 014 Table DSYO2 will be exported with sorting (task modifier).

A1 EDFH 004 Rewriting datafile at 'SAPCLUST_#.001' block ## (was at '<path>/ABAP/DATA/SAPCLUST_#.001' block ##).
A3EEEXP 011 Task failed with error: Cluster timestamp error for page 0 vs. page 1:
A3EEEXP 011 Former time stamp:
