2. Can we run Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding2.0 in parallel?

1. Do we need to implement Onboarding like a new project?
   Correct it needs to be implemented like a new project. All brand new customers will have Onboarding auto-provisioned, but with existing customers they will need to implement Onboarding as a new project.
   
   
   
2. Can we run Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding in parallel?
   This is possible and you can use both Onboarding 1.0 and Onboarding at the same time.
   For the existing candidate you can complete using Onboarding 1.0 and the same will go to EC after complete process and MPH process.
   After you enable Onboarding functionality, the configuration to work with Onboarding must be in place as any newly initiated candidate from RCM will flow to Onboarding, this is standard behavior.
