2895347 - From Field is Not Automatically Filled When Sending an E-Mail From a Manually Created Ticket

Symptom

When creating a new E-Mail from a manually created Ticket, the From field stays empty.

The expectation is that the E-Mail address from the assigned Service and Support Team is taken over as Sender Address.
