You would like to know how to hide or set as visible standard queries for Tickets in SAP Cloud for Customer

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

First, navigate to Service work center, Tickets work center view.

Now access the user properties in the top-right corner and click Start Adaptation.

Now, click to open the Advanced Search in the ticket list and then click to edit the highlighted section.

In the overview tab of the Adaptation Mode, navigate back until you reach the following highlighted below.

Once you reach this step, click Implementation. The following will be displayed.

Now, click on the Queries highlighted above. The queries list will be displayed as below.

Now as example, we can access the My Tickets query by clicking on it and the following option will be available to make the query visible or not.

After setting the query visible or hiding it, close the adaptation and see the results.
