2895497 - Event-Based Work in Process show no WIP data

Symptom

You can't find WIP data in App Event-Based Work in Process/Real-Time Work in Process.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

Check WIP data in App Event-Based Work in Process/Real-Time Work in Process.

Cause

Currently, there are 2 approaches to record WIP in Cloud.

Old WIP solution which is inherited from OnPremise system
Real-time WIP solution

App Event-Based Work in Process/Real-Time Work in Process only shows the value for the second solution.

Resolution

The easy way to identify which solution you are using is to check the RA key assigned to the Production/Process Order.

If it's "RSEBW - Event Based WIP", then it's the new solution.
