2895805 - After Upgrade to 12.0 Unable to Launch Work Inbox after launching NWBC URL from Portal System

Symptom

iView mapped in portal https://<hostname>:<port#>/nwbc/ launches GRC NWBC

The following link works in Chrome and Edge, but Work Inbox (GRFN_POWL_INBOX) https://<hostname>:<port#>/nwbc/?sap-nwbc-node=navigate_absolute&sap-nwbc-new_window=X does not work in IE11.
