2895860 - Normal change document hangs when changing the status from "In development" to "To be tested"

You use Change Request Management to control your software distribution.

When you set the normal change document from "In Development" to "To Be Tested", the system hangs until ends with workprocess timetout. However the ToC is created, released and imported successfully,  copy all enhanced process is used COPY_ALL_ENH.

If you change the SOCM action from COPY_ALL_ENH to COPY_ALL, in sm34 AIC_SETTINGS2, the issue cannot be reproduced.
