• Dynamic Text on Dimension shows cached value once before story filter works in complex story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.2.6

1. Log on to SAC tenant.
2. Open one complex story with many Charts/Geo Maps,  one Dynamic Text on Dimension and also one story filter.
3. The dynamic text shows cached value at the beginning while the story filter doesn't appear.
4. In 2-3 seconds, the story filter appears and then the dynamic text shows new value according to the filter selection.

• This is working as designed.
• For dynamic text defined against a dimension in a particular model, which may have underlying data that changes, it is considered as better to show the last saved value in the story immediately instead of showing nothing or "Loading...".
• Once the story is opened, a new query will be issued to get the dimension value to be shown.

• Set the Dynamic Text to the story filter directly instead of dimension.
