2896058 - Getting error "There is no ConfigUI with name.." when accessing MDF portlet

• User are getting an error when trying to access an MDF object on their profile
• Getting an error on the MDF block in People Profile : "The Config UI defined as default screen for the object does not exist - kindly modify/remove the default screen from object definition."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Employee File
2. Go to the MDF object on the profile ( in this example the Configuration UI screen is PLT_u1)
3. An error is seen "There is no Configuration UI with name PLT_u1. The Configuration UI defined as the default screen for the object does not exist. Please modify or remove the default screen from the object definition. "

It means that there is an incorrect configuration of the MDF Screen ID in Configure People Profile. (For example if the UI was deleted)

1. Go to Configure People Profile
2. find the MDF block
3. correct the MDF Screen ID to the correct one

Note: you can confirm the correct screen ID by checking Manage Configuration UI
