2896083 - Signed documents availability - Onboarding

After onboarding process is completed where can the admin user find the signed documents from all onboardees.

The documents can be visible under Admin Center > Manage documents. However, since this is the SFTP of each customer the documents stored appears up to 15 days. After that data is archived and present only to admins via manage data. 

Alternatively, Hiring managers or administrators can access all the signed documents from Onboarding dashboard > open the record > actions > view documents. However, after archive job is executed the record is archived from dashboard, hence the documents will be visible only via manage data with administrators.
