2896328 - Purchase Contract - Withdrawal from Approval

When you use the option "Withdrawn from Approval" the workflow is not restarted.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2002

When the option "withdrawn from approval is used" in "Manage Purchase Contract" the flag " In Preparation" is activated.
When the flag "Contract in preparation" is set in the contract, the workflow will not be restarted.

Using the APP Manage Purchase Contracts, make a change to a 'change relevant' field eg: validity date, or purchasing group. Once the relavant change is set, unflag "Contract in preparation" checkbox. The contract will be sent to "In approval" or auto approved as expected.
