1. Go to: Manage Mass Changes

The "Completion Date" does not store time information. It only stores the completion date - and the time information on UI is the start time of that date, which is always 12:00 AM.

Please ignore the time part of the "Completion Date" column.

There is already an internal enhancement already raised for, however there is no date to be released yet.
