Your EWM inbound delivery (PDI) or Outbound delivery order (ODO) is created as blocked, then you click "Check" button via tcode /n/scwm/prdi for PDI or tcode /n/scw/prdo for ODO, the delivery is unblocked and you can save it successfully.
