2896462 - EWM delivery is created as blocked with unknown reason; Collect logs for analysis.

Symptom

An EWM inbound delivery (PDI), Outbound delivery order (PDO), Posting Change (SPC), or Stock Transfer (WMR) is created as blocked, but after click "Check" button via tcode /n/scwm/prdi for PDI tcode /n/scw/prdo for ODO, the delivery is unblocked and can be saved successfully.
This KBA will help to collect logs for root cause analysis.
