2896795 - Document Flow Showing Incomplete

Symptom

 There are several documents in the Document Flow but not all of them are displayed.

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Order work center view.
  3. Open 123Sales order (where 123is sales order ID)
  4. Go to the Document Flow facet.

Result: even though there are several preceding documents, only a few of them are displayed.

Resolution

Please click on the highlighted mark on the right hand side to expand the complete Document Flow.
