/SAPAPO/CREATE_LOCATION creates locations with '_01' suffix although there is no locations existed in the system in /SAPAPO/LOCMAP table with the same EXT_LOCNO reference or with the same LOCNO in /SAPAPO/LOC table.
For example: ERP Plant = PLANT1 is created as PLANT1_01.
If a reference already existed in /SAPAPO/LOCMAP or /SAPAPO/LOC please see the KBA: 2731238 - Duplicate Locations Are Being Created by /SAPAPO/CREATE_LOCATION.
