Symptom

In SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO), when trying to connect to the ESR (Enterprise Service Repository) the following error is raised:

Your user credentials (ROLES, GROUP, OR USER)  do not match a valid usage profile. Contact your System Administrator.
