2897004 - Cloud Print Manager Error while trying to download in Business By Design

Symptom

When trying to download the Cloud Print Manager in Business By design, the following error occurs:

"No access to Service Market Place" 

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Workcenter Application and User management.
  2. Click on download.
  3. Find the Cloud Print Manager and try to download it.

Resolution

Download the Cloud Print Manager for ByD directly from the Service Market Place.
