2897004 - Cloud Print Manager Error while trying to download in Business By Design

Symptom

When downloading the Cloud Print Manager in Business By design, the following error occurs:"No access to Service Market Place" 

Environment

SAP Business By Design

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Workcenter Application and User management.
  2. Click on the download.
  3. Look up for the Cloud Print Manager and try to download.

Resolution

When getting this error, download the Cloud Print Manager for ByD directly from the Service Market Place.
