This article explains how to disable Job Alert Email notification in Recruiting Marketing.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

To deactivate the Job Alerts:

1. Open CSB
2. Open Settings
3. Select Site Configuration and scroll down to Job alerts Settings
4. Set slider "Use Job Alerts" to "No".

This will remove the option to create alerts from the job description pages, manual search results pages and category pages.
This will also prevent existing alerts from being sent.

However, the alerts can still be created under Options in the Profile. (check See also Section for related KBA)
