2897174 - How to get notified when a Bizx-JAM sync job fails?

• How to get notified about the success/failure of the delta sync job from Bizx to SAP JAM which occurs daily at 7 PM datacenter time?
• How to add customer email ids to the job?

SAP Jam Collaboration

• As per the current product design, it is not possible to edit the JAM delta job which syncs data from Bizx to JAM. Hence, it is not possible to add any email to this job. Please raise it as an enhancement request for future functionality by following the steps in 2090228.
• If users are not able to access Jam even though the Jam link (under “Home” drop-down) is present, it will most likely mean that the Sync between BizX and Jam is not running and in this case, you need to raise an incident with LOD-SF-JAM-SNC.
