2897183 - Unable to assign custom workcenter to a business role

You have created a new custom workcenter and you want to assign it to a business role but it is not visible to be assigned.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Create a custom workcenter under Administrator-->General Settings-->Create custom workcenter.
2. Try to assign it to a business role.
3. You are unable to view the newly created workcenter.

This is because you have not created a custom workcenter view under the custom workcenter.

Create a custom workcenter view under the cnewly created custom workcenter and you will be able to assign it to a business role.
