When the user is Terminated from EC, User Offboarding activity gets created in Offboarding Program and Data Review steps gets assigned to Hiring Manager as well.
Post completion of Data review, Terminated User need to get the Offboarding task like below.
Knowledge Transfer tasks
Meeting Activity
Farewell message to the employee leaving the company
Announcing Employee termination to the team
Collecting the assets of the employee leaving the company
But these tasks is not presented to Terminated User.
