How to disable the Employee ID generation during the New Hire Data Review in Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The employee id an be disabled during onboarding but it can be set only in EC or after MPH is completed
• Disabling custom Employee Id is controlled via the business rules
• Do not have any business rule under scenario "generate employee if for hire/rehire config"
• No rule to be associated in ONB2Config or Hire/Rehire Config Page in Manage Data
• Since there is no Business Rule, now the Employee Id will be auto-assigned based on the "Next Person iD" in Company System and Logo Settings
  
  
  NOTE: It is not possible to completely disable employee id generation in Onboarding. You can either use the default settings in "Company and Logo Settings" or customize it by rule.
