2897789 - Error: "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine" when running a java program

• When creating a Java program object and publishing it to the CMC, the program instance is in success status while the logs show the error: "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine".
• After following the same steps mentionned in KBA: 1578811 - Using the Java SDK, how to schedule a Java program object to allow for the schedule to have status = "Failed" if there is an error), the java program is in success status even though there is an error during the exceution.
