SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Prior to VDAB job board configuration in Recruiting Posting, you need to sign a contract directly with the job board. Once it's done, VDAB will provide you with test credentials as the testing phase is necessary to confirm the activation.

Test credentials need to be set up in Recruiting Posting Production environment as follows:

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting > Job Board Market Place
2. Search VDAB and click Add
3. Complete mandatory configuration field and check Test configuration box
4. Finalize the configuration

VDAB requests that 10 test jobs are posted with test credentials in order to validate the job posting content. You'll be provided by the feedback and if everything is fine, the job board will also confirm you your production credentials.

The configuration needs to be updated as follows:

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Posting > My Job Boards
2. Select VDAB > Credentials
3. Edit the configuration, insert your production credentials and uncheck the box Test configuration
4. Finalize the configuration

Also, please note that VDAB is one of job boards you can test in your Recruiting Posting staging account linked to your preview instance (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3245771).
