2897951 - Succession Org Chart Photo is not showing - Succession Management

Photos not showing in Succession Org Chart even though the permission has been given in RBP to view photo in Employee Data.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

This may be due to Display Settings in the Succession Org Chart or can also be caused by caching issues especially if configuration has recently taken place in the system.

Make sure you have the 'Show Photo' option checked in the Display Settings:

If the photos still do not appear:

1. Go to Org Chart Configuration in Admin Center and turn off the 'Display Photo' checkbox and save:

3. Refresh the page and then enable Display Photo and save again.

4. Check to see if the photo is now appearing in the Succession Org Chart.
