You are working with SAP Solution Manager, configured metrics for certain system and enabled Alerts to send SNMP traps via Third-Party components, as per setup guide provided in Alert Consumer BAdI Interface Wiki.

All Solution Manager configuration looks correct, the SNMP trap is built and can be seen in Transaction SLG1, Object: E2E_ALERTING EXTERNAL ID: SNMP* but at the end of the log, you can see error:

Alerts not sent to third party tool, SNMP traps, Kernel update, alert , KBA , SV-SMG-MON-ALR-CNS , Alert Inbox / Alert Processing , BC-CCM-MON , CCMS Monitoring & Alerting , Problem
