2898273 - Support of Cloud Print Manager on Terminal Server

Symptom

There is a requirement to install and use the Cloud Print Manager on a Terminal Server.

Environment

SAP Business By Design
SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

The Terminal Server installation might work, but it is not supported by SAP.

Since the Cloud Print Manager is designed as a Server Application, it is supported on Microsoft Server (as long as Microsoft is supporting their own version) and additionally on the supported Windows Versions.
