2898292 - Newly created or deleted packages are not reflected under "System Library" tree in ADT

A package was either created or deleted and the change is visible in SE80 when viewing in SAP GUI. However the change is not reflected when checking it in ADT.

When checking it in "System Library" in ADT, the change is not refleted immediately.

It can also happen that a package has been imported into the system via a transport request, but it is not displayed under "System Library" tree in ADT.
