2898472 - R3trans failing with "maybe someone set invalid values for DIR_LIBRARY or dbms_type" with Oracle on AIX

When running R3trans to test the connection between the SAP system and an Oracle database, it finishes with code 0012.

The resulting trans.log file contains one of the following errors:

Scenario 1:
