The below examples can be applied for Job Requisition, Candidate Profile and Job Application. Please, noticed that Business Rules are currently not supported for Candidate Profile and Job Applications pages in case Mobile Apply is enabled. Please, refer to the following KBAs for more information: 2866437 & 2781775.

Changing case format of a field value:

The below example is triggered as event type "onSave" on the Internal Job Title field.

Whether "IF" condition matches, turn the value of the same field, in this case Job Requisition.Internal Job Title, as uppercase or lowercase.

Apply the field as event type "OnSave" on the desired template in Admin Center > Manage Rules in Recruiting.
