Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting
Integration type: SSO integration
Resolution
Several filters are available in Manage Recruiting Posting > Users to Posting Profiles Associations.
Some of these filters such as "Department", "Division" and "Location", are coming from the information based on the employee profile of the recruiter. The last 2 filters "Posting Profile Association" and "User Permission" are coming from the setup made previously by the administrator.
In order to access the filters, you can click on the button on the top left side of the "User to Posting Profile Association" page:
After clicking on the "filter" button, you can access five filters above and use them according to your needs by selecting the filter value. Once you have found the filter you need, only the recruiters that match this filter, will be shown and you will be able to make the association to posting profile easily.
