Filters are available to streamline assigning users to posting profiles. This article explains how to use these filters effectively.

Resolution

Several filters are available in Manage Recruiting Posting > Users to Posting Profile Associations.

  • Some filters, such as Department, Division, and Location, are derived from data in the recruiter’s employee profile.
  • The Posting Profile Association and User Permission filters are defined by the administrator.
  • To use these filters, click the button in the top-left corner of the Users to Posting Profile Association page.



When you click the Filter button, five filter options appear at the top of the page. You can then choose the desired values for each filter according to your needs. After applying the filters, only recruiters who match the selected criteria are displayed, making it easier to associate them with the relevant posting profile.
