2898772 - C4C FSM Integration Error HTTP response 401: Unauthorized


When a Ticket is created in C4C and released to FSM, Ticket gets replicated to FSM and Service Call is created in FSM.

However, when checking in the Web Service Monitoring the inbound Confirmation Call is failing with the following error message:
