2898917 - Purchase Requisition details do not load in My Inbox app - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

My Inbox app does not load purchase requisition work items properly (e.g. endless load), therefore the approval process can't be executed.
In transaction /N/IWFND/ERROR_LOG and in browser console, the following error appears: "Invalid URI segment".
Purchase requisition details are empty/not displayed in My Inbox app.
